Ion Arapu

Ion Arapu is a seasoned Cyber Security Consultant with expertise in DevSecOps and Cloud Security, currently employed at Xebia and Lely since September 2022 and September 2023, respectively. Previous roles include Senior Cloud Security Engineer at Backbase, where Ion worked from October 2022 to August 2023, and DevSecOps Advocate at Everable from April 2019 to August 2022, leading course development, customer success, and mentoring initiatives. Ion's earlier experience includes a Container Security Graduation Internship focused on threat modeling and security research, as well as an IT Security internship at ISAAC. Ion holds a Bachelor's degree in ICT & Software Engineering & Cyber Security from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
