Camilla Zachariasen

Camilla Zachariasen is a highly experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Principal Specialist MS&T at Xellia Pharmaceuticals since February 2022, previously holding roles such as Senior Specialist MS&T and Senior Specialist, R&D. With a strong background in quality control support, Camilla has expertise in GMP practices, lab scale freeze-drying, phage testing, and tech transfer, contributing to numerous projects and validations. Prior experience includes positions at Novo Nordisk as a Project Assistant, where Camilla focused on implementing GMP training standards, and a PhD program at the University of Copenhagen centered on microbiology and antibiotic resistance. Additional roles in research and laboratory assistance have been complemented by a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and a Professional Bachelor’s in Chemistry from DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
