John Garrett

John Garrett currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales for South Asia at Xenith IG since December 2023. With a robust background in sales leadership, John has held notable positions including Senior Director of Sales for Asia-Pacific Japan at Ciena from August 2019 to December 2023, and Head of Strategic Transactions and IRU Sales at Telstra from June 2015 to June 2019. Additional experience includes roles such as President of Carrier Services and VP Global Carrier Sales at Pacnet, and Global Head of Sales at Pacific Crossing. John has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Pacnet Services Japan and held key leadership positions at Asia Netcom, EDS, Interactive Intelligence, and Worldcom. John's academic foundation includes a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
