Charlene Lang has extensive experience in quality systems within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Quality and Head of Quality Systems at Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. Previously, Charlene held the position of Associate Director and Head of Quality Systems at EQRx, and worked as the Quality Operations Lead for Commercial Manufacturing at Akebia Therapeutics. Additional roles include serving as a Quality Assurance Consultant at BioPoint and holding positions as a Senior Quality Specialist and Quality Specialist at Biogen. Charlene's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Bay Path University, along with graduate courses in Biomedical and Clinical Sciences from Boston University School of Medicine.
