Johannes Epping is an experienced professional currently serving as Teamleiter Customer Success at Xentral ERP Software since June 2021, where responsibilities include unifying Account Management, Solution Consulting, and Customer Activation teams to enhance customer onboarding and long-term success. Previously, Johannes held leadership roles in Customer Activation and Solution Consulting at the same company, focusing on ensuring rapid product adoption and addressing unique business challenges. Johannes also has experience as a Key Account Manager, achieving significant results in enterprise offerings. As the Inhaber of AGÁTA GmbH since May 2016 and a former International Project Manager at Starkmacher e.V., Johannes managed projects and partnerships and secured funding from various programs. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Democratic Politics and Communication and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Applied Human Geography from Universität Trier.
