Lizzie Cody is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation, operations, and customer success. Currently serving as the Head of Transformation & Operations at Xero since March 2014, Lizzie leads strategic change initiatives aimed at enhancing customer value and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Lizzie held various roles at Inland Revenue NZ from February 2010 to March 2014, including Management Advisor and Advisor in Continuous Improvement, where skills in Lean Six Sigma were developed. Educated at Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration, Lizzie's background also includes roles in human resources and administrative support, demonstrating a well-rounded expertise in both operational and customer-oriented functions.
