Heidi Martinez

Heidi Martinez is a seasoned legal executive with extensive experience in intellectual property law and litigation. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel at Xerox since September 2013, Heidi is responsible for the global intellectual property strategy and operations, developing innovative and cost-effective IP strategies while managing large patent and trademark portfolios. Prior to Xerox, Heidi was a partner at Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy LLP, where consultation spanned various litigation and business strategy areas. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Counsel at Eastman Kodak Company, Associate Medical Center Counsel at the University of Rochester Medical Center, and positions at other notable law firms. Heidi holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from the University of Rochester.
