Ken Schleede

Ken Schleede is a seasoned Systems Engineer and Product Owner at Xerox Corporation since December 1995, where responsibilities include designing new features and leading development teams using Scrum methodologies. Previous roles at Xerox include Customer Engagement Technical Manager, focusing on translating client requirements for the top 100 customers into actionable insights, and Level 3 Support Team Lead, overseeing a team to resolve customer issues. Prior to Xerox, Ken was the Owner and President of WNY Networking Technologies, developing and maintaining networking systems, and served as V.P. of Information Technology at Adams Colway & Associates, managing IT products and a team of programmers. Early career experience includes managing IT operations as IT Manager at DMC Energy. Ken holds dual BA degrees in Statistics and Geography from Buffalo State University, earned between 1980 and 1985.
