Kim Kleps

Kim Kleps is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent management, culture, and diversity, currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Management, Culture, and Diversity at Xerox since March 2014. Simultaneously, Kim is a member of the Board of Trustees at The Norman Howard School, contributing to the academic development of students with learning needs. Kim previously held significant roles at Level 3 Communications and Global Crossing, where expertise in human resources strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness was demonstrated, particularly in creating HR models and overseeing large training operations.
