Solymar Mendez

Solymar Mendez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in cybersecurity and technical support. Currently serving as a SOC Analyst Tier Two at Xerox since April 2019, Solymar specializes in triaging alarms from AlienVault SIEM and investigating threats using Sentinel One EDR. Previous roles include Technical Help Desk & Digital Remote Support Agent III, where responsibilities encompassed providing remote technical assistance and diagnostics, and Field Service Technician, managing IT projects for schools.
