Jason Maass

Jason Maass currently serves as Vice President of Sales for SLED at Okta and Senior Vice President of Sales at XFactor.io, roles held since July and September 2024, respectively. Previously, Jason Maass was with Proofpoint from 2013 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading the go-to-market strategy for the public sector as Vice President of Public Sector Sales and further advancing sales strategies and leadership as Area Vice President Sales for the SLED market. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Sales at Proofpoint and Sales Account Manager at Red Hat, where Jason Maass consistently exceeded performance targets. Awards include Presidents Club recognitions at Proofpoint and Winners Circle at Red Hat. Jason Maass began a career in sales with Optimum Results as Owner/Sales from 2002 to 2012 and holds a BS in Exercise Physiology from California State Northridge.
