Sade Moore

Sade Moore, PMP ®, with active security clearance, is a seasoned Program Director at XLA since February 2024, leveraging extensive business acumen to drive new business opportunities and successfully lead teams. Currently, Sade serves as a Project Control Analyst for the U.S. Department of State since May 2018, focusing on meticulous financial record-keeping and contract expenditure management. Previously, Sade held the role of Senior Analyst at the U.S. Department of Energy from February 2022 to February 2024, providing crucial HR support to the Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management. Sade's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Project Manager at USAID from January 2011 to August 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing contractual activities and ensuring alignment with company competencies. Additionally, Sade worked as Project Lead for the Department of State from November 2008 to November 2011, managing procurement processes and supervising the handling of passport and visa applications.
