Denis Ranke

Denis Ranke is an experienced financial executive currently serving as CFO and COO at Xovis since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ranke was VP Finance at Diethelm Keller Management AG from 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included acting CFO for operating units, crisis management, and digital transformation. Ranke also held various positions at eBay between 2012 and 2019, including Senior Director for CFO Emerging European Countries, overseeing finance operations across multiple markets, as well as director roles focused on EU finance in B2C and marketing performance. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Stern Stewart & Co. and Accenture. Ranke holds an MBA in International Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
