Greg Hodges

Greg Hodges is an experienced professional in the employee benefits industry, having served as a Strategic Advisor at Alight Solutions from August 2019 to May 2021, where Greg co-led the Enterprise Health Business and facilitated the integration of Hodges-Mace. Prior to Alight, Greg was Co-CEO of Hodges-Mace, LLC from 2004 to August 2019, a company recognized for its innovative approach to employee benefits solutions. Earlier career roles included Senior Lead Consultant at Univers Workplace Solutions, Vice President of Sales at UltraLink/Secova, and Sales Consultant at Unum/Colonial. Greg earned a Bachelor's Degree in English and Composition from William & Mary between 1988 and 1992.
