Silvia Nogueira

Silvia Nogueira is an experienced UX Researcher currently serving as a UX Researcher Ops at XP Inc. since May 2024. Prior to this role, Silvia held positions at Zé Delivery as a Specialist UX Researcher, focusing on ResearchOps and supporting the Design and Product teams from September 2021 to May 2024. Additionally, Silvia worked at Neon as a Senior UX Researcher and UX Researcher, where responsibilities included conducting usability tests and facilitating ResearchOps during the Covid pandemic. Early experience includes freelancing as a researcher and serving as Managing Partner at Sisfix, alongside roles in research and product development. Silvia holds a Post Graduate degree in Design and Digital Technology from FAAP and a Bachelor's degree in Product Design from FAAP.
