Benjamin Girard

Benjamin Girard is an experienced professional in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as an Ingénieur recherche en intelligence artificielle at Xpdeep since June 2023. Prior to this role, Benjamin worked as an Ingénieur de recherche en machine learning at Floralis, contributing to the inovoline project from October 2021 to April 2023. Benjamin's tenure at Inria (October 2018 - September 2021) involved developing a machine learning application to control an autonomous robot for tumor treatment testing in an ovo-vivo environment, while also collaborating with biological teams and managing extensive data infrastructure. Previous experiences include a stint as a stagiaire at Airbus, focusing on malware detection using machine learning, and participating in a project with the Ministère de l'Intérieur. Benjamin holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from Grenoble INP Esisar and completed a data analytics exchange program at EPFL.
