Sergio Nájera

Sergio Nájera is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently serving as a Freight Operations Supervisor at XPO since June 2023. Prior to this role, Nájera worked at Adelante from December 2019 to May 2023 as a Contractor and Operations Manager, focusing on data infrastructure and handcrafted leather goods. Nájera co-founded and held multiple executive roles at UTZ BOX from 2014 to 2019, including CEO, Operations Director, and Sales & Marketing Director, showcasing expertise in leadership, supply chain management, and sales. Additionally, Nájera was a Board Member at the Guatemalan Exporters Association AGEXPORT and co-founded UTZ Means Good, a conglomerate aimed at supporting Guatemalan artisans.
