Maarten Hattink

Maarten Hattink is a Control Design Engineer at Xscape Photonics Inc since July 2023, with recent experience as a PhD Student at Columbia University in the City of New York from September 2017 to June 2023, focusing on Optical Communication. Prior to the PhD, Maarten served as a Research Intern at NVIDIA, where research concentrated on silicon photonic transceiver architectures. Maarten's earlier career includes roles as an FPGA Engineer and Embedded Software Engineer at Prodrive Technologies, alongside various positions in operational and warehouse environments. Maarten holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Columbia University, a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, and a VWO-Diploma from Mondriaan College Oss.
