Lioner Ray Alfor

Lioner Ray Alfor is an Executive Director at XTRM 1-11 Inc since February 2018, with a strong belief in diversifying income streams. As an experienced Civil Engineer, entrepreneur, and business coach, Lion Alfor focuses on financial literacy and developing entrepreneurial and leadership skills, guiding individuals in balancing corporate careers with side businesses while promoting health. Additionally, Lion Alfor serves as Director III and Facade QC Inspector at ALT Cladding Inc since April 2016, ensuring compliance with installation regulations. Previous experience includes roles as a Field Engineer for Makati Development Corporation on various projects from February 2012 to July 2015 and an early position as a Cadet Engineer/Plant Engineer. Lion Alfor holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2011.
