Hilko Jacobse

Hilko Jacobse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in ICT consulting, product ownership, and architectural design. Currently serving as a Product Owner at xxllnc since January 2024, Hilko has been with Zorginstituut Nederland as a Technisch ontwerper / architect since May 2018. Previous roles include Consultant / Product Owner at Lost Lemon (December 2011 - December 2023), Architect at Inlichtingenbureau (August 2014 - January 2016), and Advisor for social domain informatization at Gemeente Almelo (March 2014 - May 2015). Hilko has also held positions at CVZ, Stichting Inlichtingenbureau, Ministerie van VWS, Dutchland Digital Consultancy, and The Selfservice Company. An owner of a Bachelor of Science in Infonomics from Maastricht University, Hilko's diverse expertise encompasses requirements engineering, information analysis, functional design, and interaction design.
