Hilit Caspi

Hilit Caspi is a seasoned marketing professional with over 10 years of experience, currently serving as a Marketing Specialist at yad2 since August 2023. Prior to this role, Hilit held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from June 2021 to July 2023, where expertise was demonstrated in building business plans for B2C and B2B products. As the CEO and Founder of NULLA COSMETICS from October 2015 to January 2021, Hilit developed innovative technologies and managed product strategies while securing investments. Previous experience includes serving as a Marketing Manager at The Coca-Cola Company and a Project Manager at Red Bull, where comprehensive marketing plans and strong business relationships were cultivated. Hilit holds an MBA in Business, Management, and Marketing from Reichman University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Sha’arei Mishpat College.
