Prior to that, they were co-founder and CEO of Sapho, where they delivered on a vision for the Future of Work with a product that leveraged intelligence augmentation to improve employee experience and dramatically impact employee productivity and engagement. Fouad has also served as chief strategy officer at CBS Interactive, where they drove strategy, partnerships, M&A and digital transformation to enable the future of CBS.
