Chad Ferguson

Chad Ferguson, CSP, serves as the Global Safety Manager at Yakima Chief Hops since March 2016, leading efforts to develop corporate safety programs and training for personnel across various departments. Ferguson has also held positions including Safety Officer and Safety Coordinator, focusing on minimizing job-related risks and enhancing occupational health and safety awareness. Previous experience includes roles as Operations Quality Coordinator and Production Operations Support, as well as a licensed Home Inspector at Legacy Home Inspections LLC. Prior work experience encompasses leadership in operations at HOWARDS MEDICAL, customer service at Bellevue Healthcare, and various firefighting roles, including Industrial Firefighter and Range Technician with the US Army. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Central Washington University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Yakima Valley College.
