Chad Jay Ledy

Chad Jay Ledy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate, coaching, and sales and marketing. Currently serving as Regional Director for Pacific Northwest at Yale Realty & Capital Advisors since August 2018, Chad has also been a Real Estate Specialist at Edina Realty and a Real Estate Investor at C. Ledy Enterprises, LLC since June 2012 and December 2015, respectively. In addition, Chad operates Chad Ledy Coaching as a Mindset Coach, where the focus is on performance and fulfillment, while holding certifications as a Business and Executive Coach. Other roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at Visual Agent and previous positions such as Lacrosse Coach at Totino-Grace High School and Event Coordinator at Cuatro Locos.
