The Community and Outreach team at Yale Scientific Magazine focuses on engaging with the local community and promoting scientific literacy. They organize events, collaborate with schools and community organizations, and manage the magazine’s volunteer arm, Synapse, to ensure that scientific journalism is accessible and impactful.
