Arohi Nair

Arohi Nair is a highly motivated professional currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Recruitment at Females For Finance since April 2024, working to empower high school girls in the financial sector. In addition to this role, Arohi is an Analyst at the Yale Undergraduate Consulting Group, focusing on AI applications for a Fortune 500 client. Arohi's experience includes a Cybersecurity Research Internship at FEMA, where Arohi contributed to assessing asset management systems, and serving as Business Development Chair for Series, an AI startup. Participation in the BCG Launch program provided valuable consulting insights, while a research internship at Yale’s Data Intensive Social Science Center optimized voter database usability. Arohi’s foundational experience includes tutoring at Kumon North America and co-founding The Climate Reality Project's Lansing chapter, promoting climate change education and engagement. Arohi is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics at Yale University.
