Ella Martinez

Ella Martinez is a dedicated research professional currently serving as a Research Assistant at Yale University's Psychology Department, under the guidance of Professor Jutta Joormann. With a strong background in leadership roles within the Davenport College of Yale, including positions as Co-President and Social Activity Chair, Ella has demonstrated exceptional organizational and event planning skills. Previously, as Hiring Manager and Director of Social Media for Eating Disorder Medical Specialists of Cleveland LLC, Ella played a key role in modernizing the practice's operations and online presence. Additional experience includes work as a Development Researcher at Hawken School, focused on improving young alumni giving through strategic research and presentations. Ella is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Yale University, anticipated to graduate in May 2025.
