Vanesa Aguay is an accomplished scholar and leader currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Economics at Yale University. As a Jane Street UNBOXED Scholar, Vanesa has gained expertise in mathematics, statistics, market-making activities, and programming. Vanesa serves as a Mentor In-Training for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund and has established uBridge, a nonprofit organization aimed at bridging gender and diversity gaps in STEM. Vanesa is also a Co-Founder of Luna Co, a startup focused on enhancing sleep health, and holds positions in research and education, including roles at Stanford University School of Medicine and Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Berks. Additionally, Vanesa has actively contributed to various organizations, including the Jewish Healthcare Foundation and the Emerging Entrepreneurs Academy, demonstrating a commitment to advocacy and leadership within the community.
