Leszek Mielnikow

Leszek Mielnikow currently serves as the Head of LLM/GPT at Service Desk for Yandex since 2024. Previously, Leszek was the Founder and CEO of Lawrie, an AI platform designed for offline interaction with PDFs, and the Head of Product at Claira, leading product management and data analytics tools. As a VC fellow at GoAhead Ventures, Leszek prepared numerous investment memos, and as the Founder and CEO of Appalique, Leszek established a direct-to-consumer women's clothing brand. Prior to these roles, Leszek worked at Sberbank in AI Product Management, significantly enhancing loan processing efficiency, and held a Management Consultant position at Deloitte, focusing on LegalTech and process automation. Education includes ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Finance and Banking at King's College London and a Bachelor of Laws from the Moscow Finance and Law Academy.
