Kerem Girenes

Kerem Girenes is an experienced professional in software development and engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Software Engineer at Yapı Kredi Teknoloji since January 2024, focusing on full-stack development for mobile platforms such as iOS and Android. Previously, Kerem worked as a Research Assistant at Koç University, specializing in machine learning applications for Android malware detection. Additional experience includes an internship at Aselsan in communications engineering and a software developer internship at Doğuş Teknoloji, where backend development expertise was gained. Kerem has held leadership roles in the Marketing Club at Koç University and has contributed as a section leader for programming courses. Kerem holds dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Koç University, completed between 2019 and 2023.
