Rachna Jindal

Rachna Jindal is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Yara International in India since July 2023, Rachna previously held the position of CFO at Farmley, where the focus was on building a resilient finance team and structure. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounts at Jindal Poly Films Limited, managing a team of 40 professionals and participating in strategic decision-making as a member of the management committee. Rachna has also contributed to Pernod Ricard India in various financial roles, including Head of Operations Finance and Head of Treasury, overseeing financial frameworks, cash flow management, and risk strategies. Earlier career milestones include managerial positions at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Honda Cars India Ltd. Rachna holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from KPMG, and additional qualifications in SAP training from Alcatel University.
