Gillian Darko

Gillian Darko serves as Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy at Yellow Card App, overseeing operations for Africa's largest licensed Stablecoin on/off ramp. In addition, Gillian acts as Ambassador for Women in Payments Africa, promoting women's influence in payments and financial inclusion. Previous roles include Executive Director and Board Member for JUMO across multiple countries, General Manager for JUMO World, Strategy Consultant for ScaleUp Africa Ltd, and VP of Strategy and Business Transformation at J.P. Morgan. Gillian’s educational background includes a degree in Law from the University of East Anglia, an LLM from the University of Southampton, and an LPC from BPP Law School, complemented by an education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
