Management and Operations

The Management and Operations team at yes is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the company's operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency. They manage fraud prevention, control the Master Control Room (MCR), handle series acquisitions, and maintain business headquarters and service management. Additionally, they focus on risk management and SOX compliance, drive business intelligence initiatives, oversee BI projects, manage the company website, lead project management efforts, and handle operations and purchasing needs.
