Bereket Worku, MBA SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at YES Prep Public Schools since September 2014. Demonstrating a commitment to enhancing educational outcomes, Bereket has successfully launched initiatives that improved college matriculation rates and staff retention.
