William Drinkwater

William Drinkwater is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in management roles at YETI and Lifetime Brands. As Director of Engineering at YETI since 2016, Drinkwater has overseen the engineering group for the company's highest revenue product category, successfully implementing structural shifts and expanding the team. Previous roles at YETI include Senior Manager of Engineering and Manager of Program Management, where Drinkwater drove numerous process improvements and established new teams focused on sustaining engineering and development efficiency. Earlier career experience includes leadership positions in mechanical engineering at Lifetime Brands and Advanced Motors and Drives, supported by a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University.
