Nebojsa Mitric

Nebojsa Mitric is an experienced professional currently serving as a Product Owner and Senior Advanced Solution Engineer at Yettel.Srbija since May 2013. In this role, Nebojsa focuses on developing tailored FMC service solutions for business customers, overseeing a team of over 15 sales personnel to execute company strategies in the business segment. Prior to this, Nebojsa worked at IBM as a STG POWER Brand Specialist from February 2011 to March 2013, where responsibilities included leading cross-country teams in the Southeast Europe region to deliver customized brand solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as the Coordinator of Planned Work and Report Center Section at Telekom Srbija from 2004 to 2011, managing teams within the Network Operation Center to monitor service performance and ensure service quality. Nebojsa also held a position as a Fraud Analyst during this tenure, focusing on fraud detection and prevention. Education includes a Professional Master in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from ICT-College of Applied Studies and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from ITS-College of Applied Studies.
