The Company operates through Manufacturing and Distribution segments. The Manufacturing segment includes the regional areas, including North East Asia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), which are engaged in the manufacturing of alloy wheels. The Distribution segment consists of regional areas, including North East Asia, ASEAN and Oceania regions, which are engaged in the distribution of automotive and industrial products. The Company distributes a range of premium automotive products, which include tires, alloy wheels, automotive and industrial batteries, as well as golf and utility buggies. The Company has approximately four alloy wheels manufacturing plants located in Shanghai and Suzhou in China, Taoyuan in Taiwan and Malacca in Malaysia, with a total production capacity of approximately 3.6 million units per annum.
