BayLeigh Routt is a dynamic professional with diverse experience in aquatics, marketing, and project management. Currently serving as the Aquatics Director at the YMCA of Central Kentucky, BayLeigh develops comprehensive aquatic programs, supervises staff, and fosters community engagement. As a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator for the Lexington Sporting Club, responsibilities include game day operations and community outreach initiatives. BayLeigh also contributes as a writer for Bluegrass Soccer Cast, focusing on women's soccer narratives, and has held project management roles across various industries, boasting a strong background in customer service, marketing strategy, and team leadership.
