Isham Harris

Isham Harris currently serves as the Youth Sports Program Coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Richmond, overseeing the administration and management of youth sports since August 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Sports Sales Leader & Team Builder at Next Round and as a Corporate Sales Specialist with the Richmond Flying Squirrels, along with a position in Fan Services. As a Graduate Student at Virginia Commonwealth University, studies focused on Sports Leadership while engaging as a Consulting Specialist/Assistant Coach with First Tee - Greater Richmond to teach leadership skills through sports. Additional experience includes event planning as a Special Events Intern at The 288 Group, and a robust background in account management and sales with companies such as CenturyLink, Verizon Enterprise Solutions, and American Express. Isham Harris holds a Master's degree in Sports Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, an MBA in Finance from Marist College, and a BBA in Management from Pace University.
