Grace Herba

Grace Herba has extensive experience in sports management and administration, currently serving as Associate Vice President and Associate Executive Director of Sports at the YMCA of South Florida since November 2019. Grace has held various roles at the YMCA, including Senior Sports Director and Sports Director. Prior to this, Grace worked at the Miami Marlins as a Group Sales & Service Executive and Sales Executive from January 2019 to November 2019. Additional experience includes serving as the University of Florida Women's Basketball Manager at the University Athletic Association Inc, and working as an SEC Grant Project Student-Analyst for the Southeastern Conference. Grace also gained experience as a Site Director at the YMCA of South Florida in 2018. Grace obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Sports Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, graduating in December 2018.
