Bernard Bermudez is a Board Member at YMCA of Southern Nevada. Previously, they were the 1st Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at Pacific Premier Bank from June 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing new depository and loan customer relationships with prospective clients, participating in community events and tradeshows to promote the Bank’s available services and financial products, and meeting with centers of influence, business brokers, CPAs, attorneys, real estate agents, business owners, senior executives and others to evaluate and analyze their financial and business needs. Bernard also made independent threshold determinations regarding the creditworthiness of prospective clients.
Bernard has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Bernard began their career as a teller at Bank of America and quickly rose through the ranks, holding various positions such as personal banker, loan officer, and branch manager. In 2012, they transitioned to commercial banking and has since been responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients. Bernard has a deep understanding of the banking industry and is well-positioned to provide expert advice to prospective clients about the advantages and disadvantages of certain financial products and services offered by Pacific Premier Bank.
Bernard Bermudez graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
