Directors Team

The Directors Team at the YMCA of the Capital Area oversees key operational and strategic areas to fulfill the organization's mission of strengthening the community. Each member is responsible for specific domains such as sports, wellness, childcare, business services, aquatics, marketing, tennis, nutrition, community engagement, and human resources. Together, they collaborate to develop and implement programs that address community needs in youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
