Lucy Loveridge

Lucy Loveridge is an accomplished professional in the entertainment and digital creator industries, currently serving as the Managing Director of Global Entertainment and Global Managing Director of Social at YMU since January 2022. In addition to this role, Lucy is a Trade Body Board Member at the Digital Creator Association since February 2023 and has contributed as a Member of the Advisory Board at VidCon from June 2018 to October 2023. Previously, Lucy held various leadership positions at Gleam Futures, including Managing Partner, Global Head of Talent, Group Talent Manager, and Talent Manager from September 2012 to August 2021, and worked as an Account Manager at CreativeRace from July 2010 to July 2012, starting their career as an Account Executive at Lateral Advertising. Lucy is an alumnus of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and the University of Leeds, where Lucy earned a BA (Hons) in History with a focus on Politics and Psychology.
