Michelle Roborg-Sondergaard is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at YNV Group, Michelle has previously held significant positions such as Head of HR Europe Branded at Scandinavian Tobacco Group and Vice President of Human Resources at AGC Biologics. Additionally, Michelle has owned MRS HR Consultancy and served as Vice President of Human Resources for Western Europe at Carlsberg Group. Michelle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand, complemented by foundational education at Benoni High School in South Africa.
