Eric Tan

Eric Tan is currently the Head of Music for China Entertainment at Riot Games, a role initiated in May 2022, focusing on A&R and production for virtual idol initiatives while establishing label operations in China and Asia. Concurrently, Eric serves as an Advisor at Yodo1 Games. Previously, Eric was the General Manager of Digital & Business Development for Sony Music Entertainment in China, where leadership involved managing a team of Directors to achieve commercial objectives. Eric's earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director for China Publishing at Gameloft, overseeing franchise management for major titles, and achieving significant growth in team size and business development. Eric holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Cardiff University and completed the Stanford Senior Executive Leadership Program focused on International Business.
