Kim Betzner

Kim Betzner is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product management, customer success, and education. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Eturi Corp since October 2021, Kim oversees the OurPact and OurPact Jr. mobile and web applications. In addition, Kim has been a Yoga Instructor at Yoga Box since May 2021, where the focus is on creating engaging classes that enhance student retention and satisfaction. Previous experience includes a role as Customer Success Specialist at Eturi from October 2018 to June 2020, addressing user issues and collaborating with various departments. Kim held the position of Personal Assistant at Dermatology & Laser of Del Mar from July 2017 to September 2018, managing schedules, and served as a Teacher at Compass Academy from July 2016 to May 2017. Academically, Kim holds a Master’s degree in Human Development and Education from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's degree in History and Spanish from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
