Brittany Flanagan

Brittany Flanagan is an Advisor at York IE. Brittany has extensive experience in human resources, having previously worked as an HR manager at Amazon. At Amazon, they led the three-year HR integration project following the acquisition of PillPack. Brittany also provided HR compliance subject matter expertise to the newly formed Amazon Care and Amazon Diagnostics teams within Amazon Healthcare. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they mobilized a 100% virtual workforce for an employee population that is clinically required to work in a physical pharmacy.

Brittany Flanagan has a business administration degree in finance from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, and they are certified as a Predictive Index Analyst from PI Worldwide.
