Willem Hart

Willem Hart, OCT, has extensive experience in education, serving as an Occasional Secondary School Teacher for the York Region District School Board since December 2022 and as a Secondary School Teacher at Fort Erie International Academy since October 2021. Willem has taught various high school subjects, including Family Studies, Business Studies, and Economics, utilizing asynchronous online formats. Willem also held roles as a Travelling Secondary School Teacher for Simcoe County District School Board, managing educational trips, and as a Campaign Manager for Gila Martow during the 2022 City of Vaughan Municipal Election. Previous positions include course instructor at ILAC International College, teaching Canadian History at Outstanding International Academy, and serving as a Legislative Assistant at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. Willem holds a Bachelor's of Education from Western University, a certificate in Restorative Justice Studies from Simon Fraser University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from York University.
