Russ Bellman

Russ Bellman is a seasoned law enforcement professional currently serving as a Superintendent at York Regional Police since September 1988, with a diverse background that includes various leadership roles such as Superintendent of multiple districts and Information Services, as well as Inspector positions in Integrated National Security Enforcement Team and Strategic Services. In addition to law enforcement duties, Russ Bellman is a part-time professor at Humber College since March 2023. Academically, Russ Bellman holds a Master of Science in Homeland Security from Wilmington University, a Certificate in Police Leadership from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from Carleton University.
