Gabriela Terrazas

Gabriela Terrazas currently serves as the Director of Housekeeping at YOTEL since March 2023. Prior to this role, Gabriela held the position of Event Manager at The Westin Copley Place Boston from April 2022 to March 2023 and was the General Manager at GIRI Hotels from June 2021 to March 2022. Gabriela's experience in housekeeping includes serving as the Director of Housekeeping at Nine Zero Hotel from August 2016 to June 2021, following a role as Assistant Director of Guest Experience. Additionally, Gabriela worked as Front Desk Manager at Westin Boston Waterfront from December 2014 to August 2016 and held the position of Assistant Front Desk Manager at Westin Colonnade Coral Gables. Earlier in Gabriela's career, roles included Front Desk Supervisor at Homewood Suites by Hilton and Front Desk Agent at Fortune House Hotel. Gabriela began their professional journey as a Brand and Visual Expert at Gap Inc./Gap. An alumnus of Florida International University, Gabriela earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management in 2012.
